OMEED HAKIMIANPOUR, ESQ
Omeed Hakimianpour is a Co-Founder of The Injury Partners, LLP, where he brings big law experience and a client-centered approach to fighting for individuals who have been wronged. His practice focuses on personal injury law, with a mission to deliver elite legal representation through compassion, attention, and results-driven advocacy.
Omeed is a proud double graduate of two of California’s most prestigious institutions. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
Before founding The Injury Partners, LLP, Omeed worked at one of the world’s leading law firms, Kirkland & Ellis, where he negotiated and structured multimillion and billion-dollar private equity transactions. In that high-pressure environment, he sharpened his skills in contract drafting, strategic negotiation, and working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Today, he leverages that same intensity and precision to take on corporations and insurers, ensuring his clients get the justice and compensation they deserve.
Omeed has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2025 and again for 2026, an honor awarded to only the top 2.5% of attorneys in California. The son of immigrants, Omeed understands the value of hard work, and he treats every client like family. With his hands-on approach and relentless advocacy, he is committed to guiding clients through their legal journey with strength, skill, and empathy.
